'FenlandSpark' originated from a single vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Via Roma. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small-scale pizza shop was initially family-run, featuring recipes preserved over generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the pizza-making craft on her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—where pizza was conceived. When she came back to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to traditional processes and using only the best ingredients.
Starting off as a cozy 12-seater pizza shop, it has flourished into a cherished community fixture, yet our mission to provide excellence and genuineness has consistently stayed. Our traditional wood-fired oven methods are still in use, we prepare our dough from scratch every day, and we only select the top-notch ingredients available.
Present-day, 'FenlandSpark' is still managed by family, as the Rossi family's next generation now steers our avid staff. Even though we've adopted new advancements, the core ethos of our business endures: building savory, genuine pizzas that unite people.
