Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, you can do so without any penalties as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please call us immediately at +39 081 1234 5678. Given that we aim to prepare and dispatch our pizzas with rapid efficiency, time is of the essence in the cancellation of an order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- If the order has been canceled timely as per the above cancellation policy.
- For any product defects or discrepancies, such as incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and details of the issue.
- If you have experienced an allergic reaction, please provide a detailed description of the symptoms and the product involved.
Non-refundable Items
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
- Any food item that has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
- Orders that have been completed and where delivery has been made.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
